Food/Exercise Plan for June 17

Breakfast:
Apple
Cantaloupe
200 calories

Lunch:
Wheat bread w/nutella
Couple cookies
500 Calories

Not proud of this meal :/ there really was nothing in the house (not an excuse). I need to go grocery shopping today.

15 minutes of jumping jacks and jazzercise moves
200 Crunches
30 Leg kicks both sides
30 Leg outer kicks both sides
20 Push ups
20 Squats
20 Squats with weights
Stretching splits and other flexibility

Dinner:

TBD

Running
